At SeeyonClean, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  You may request a return within 30 days of purchase.

  To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used laundry sheets.
  

Refunds

• 
  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
• 
  Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  
• 
  Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.

How to Request a Return

   We’ll provide you with instructions and a return authorization if your request is approved.
   
3. 
   Ship the product back to us as directed.
