SeeyonClean is dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services for your home, condo, apartment, or office. We take pride in offering environmentally-friendly cleaning products and supplying almost all the necessary equipment. While we provide a comprehensive cleaning service, you're responsible for having a toilet brush, paper towels, and running water. If additional items such as a step stool or vacuum are needed for high areas or extra services like carpet vacuuming, please ensure they are available, unless included in a move-in/move-out service.
For specialized cleaning needs, such as organic products or specific cleaners, please leave them out with instructions in your special account notes. It's important to note that we prioritize health, safety, and environmental concerns, avoiding the use of harsh chemicals like bleach or javex.
Our quoting and booking system are designed for accuracy, based on factors like sizing, room count, and the average condition of the space. In cases where inaccurate information is provided or the property condition is below average, we may contact you to request extra time. If additional time is not approved, we will do our best within the allocated time, and you waive your satisfaction guarantee.
Cancellation policies apply for scheduled cleanings, with fees assessed based on the timing of cancellations or rescheduling. We also have a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee, allowing you to report any issues within 24 hours for a follow-up cleaning within three days.
SeeyonClean does not offer refunds due to the subjective nature of the cleaning industry. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Post-renovation, post-construction, and hourly work are not covered by our satisfaction guarantee.
For direct hiring of our cleaners, SeeyonClean invests significantly in training and background screening. Hiring our current or former workers without proper notification may result in an employment referral fee.
Your safety and that of our cleaners are paramount. We reserve the right to remove our cleaners if the environment becomes unsafe. We do not move items heavier than 30 lbs for safety reasons, and if your space presents health risks, we may have to cancel the service.
We understand the importance of pets in your homes. While we can work around them, if a pet becomes anxious or poses a safety concern, we reserve the right to remove our cleaners. If a cleaner leaves your home prior to completion due to pet-related issues, charges may apply.
It's advised to secure valuables, heirlooms, and collectibles before scheduled cleanings. Key security is crucial, and for your safety, we do not return keys by mail. We will return your key in person, to your concierge or as instructed. SeeyonClean is not liable for damages or loss of property due to unauthorized entry.
