Terms and Conditions

SeeyonClean is dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services for your home, condo, apartment, or office. We take pride in using environmentally friendly cleaning products and supplying almost all necessary equipment.

Client Responsibilities

While we offer a comprehensive cleaning service, clients are responsible for having:

  • A toilet brush, paper towels, and running water.
  • A step stool or vacuum if needed for high areas or extra services like carpet vacuuming (unless included in a move-in/move-out service).
  • Any specialized cleaning products (e.g., organic products or specific cleaners) along with instructions in your account notes.

Cleaning Standards & Limitations

  • We prioritize health, safety, and environmental concerns, avoiding the use of harsh chemicals like bleach or Javex.
  • We do not clean paint drips on the floor or remove glue from doors. If requested, we can attempt removal, but we do not guarantee results as underlying paint may be affected.
  • We do not move items heavier than 30 lbs for safety reasons.
  • Post-renovation, post-construction, and hourly work are not covered by our satisfaction guarantee.

Quoting, Booking & Service Adjustments

Our quoting and booking system ensures accuracy based on:

  • Size, room count, and average condition of the space.
  • If inaccurate information is provided or the property is in below-average condition, we may request additional time. If extra time is not approved, we will complete as much as possible within the allocated time, and you waive your satisfaction guarantee.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

  • Cancellation fees apply based on the timing of cancellations or rescheduling.
  • We do not offer refunds due to the subjective nature of the cleaning industry.
  • If you cancel the service after our cleaners come in 1hr window of the confirmed time, full quoted service charge will be deducted from the saved card.
  • If cancelled after the booking there will be minimum $55 or 60%-100% penalty depends on the time frame.(charged online)
  • We may adjust the service time within a 1-hour window from your confirmed appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Payment information: we use payment information to facilitate payments for our products . As explained above, we use a third-party payment processor to handle payments made via the Sites. for Services -"A 20% surcharge will be added to any credit card or card payment if payment is not sent via e-transfer after the service (pay@seeyonclean.ca)

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee:

  • Report any issues within 24 hours for a follow-up cleaning within three days.
  • Satisfaction guarantee does not apply to post-renovation, post-construction, or hourly work.

Misleading Reviews & Reputational Harm

At SeeyonClean, we stand by transparency and fairness. By booking our services, the client agrees that any public reviews or statements made (including but not limited to Google, Yelp, or social media) must accurately reflect the scope of work and service details as agreed upon in writing — via email, SMS, or an official quote or invoice link provided by SeeyonClean.

If a review contains claims about services that were not included in the approved scope of work, and such claims result in reputational damage or require significant time to address, SeeyonClean reserves the right to apply a $300 negligence fee to cover administrative, legal, and dispute resolution costs.

We value honest feedback, and we’re committed to resolving concerns respectfully and fairly before they escalate publicly.

Employee Hiring & Referral Fee

SeeyonClean invests significantly in training and background screening. Direct hiring of our current or former workers without notification may result in an employment referral fee.

Safety & Pets

  • If an environment becomes unsafe, our cleaners have the right to leave.
  • If a pet becomes anxious or poses a safety concern, we may remove our cleaners. If a cleaner leaves due to pet-related issues, charges may still apply.

Key & Property Security

  • Secure all valuables, heirlooms, and collectibles before scheduled cleanings.
  • Keys will not be returned by mail. We return keys in person, to your concierge, or as instructed.
  • SeeyonClean is not liable for damages or loss due to unauthorized entry.
